About the Journal

Journal of International Islamic Law, Human Right and Public Policy is a peer-reviewed, open-access journal dedicated to the publication of high-quality research articles, conceptual papers, and case studies. The journal serves as a global forum for scholars, legal practitioners, researchers, and students to discuss contemporary legal developments and social policies. JISHUP welcomes interdisciplinary and comparative approaches, publishing articles four times a year in March, June, September, and December. The scope of the journal encompasses contemporary Islamic jurisprudence, Sharia economic law, international human rights law, public administration, policy analysis, regulatory frameworks, good governance, as well as positive and customary law in modern society.
