About the Journal
Journal of International Islamic Law, Human Right and Public Policy welcomes interdisciplinary and comparative approaches, publishing articles four times a year (March, June, September, and December) across the following core areas:

International & Islamic Law: Contemporary Islamic jurisprudence (fiqh), Islamic public and private law, Sharia economic law, criminal law (jinayah), and the integration of Islamic law within national legal frameworks.

Human Rights: Legal protections for vulnerable groups (women, children, and laborers), human rights advocacy, social justice, and international human rights law applications.

Public Policy & Governance: Public administration, policy analysis, regulatory frameworks, good governance, and the socio-legal impact of local or national government policies.

Positive & Customary Law: Civil and criminal law, constitutional law, criminology, and the practice of customary law (hukum adat) in modern society.
